How we approached it
Five steps, every elevation.
Pebbledash is a strip-and-re-render job — you can’t skim over it. We took every elevation back to a sound surface, added EWI on the gables that needed it, and brought the lot up to a smooth white silicone finish.
- Pebbledash stripped, every elevation. Loose material chased out, dust contained, debris bagged.
- EWI boards on the cold gables. Insulation bonded, meshed and rendered over for a flat, warm wall.
- Reinforcing mesh on every wall. Corners doubled up so they don’t crack.
- Silicone topcoat in white. Breathable, flexible, hairline cracks close themselves.
- Crisp lines around the originals. Windows, doors, stone features kept clean, no overspray.
